Frequency is set to how fast the bags and bins fill. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly rounds are common. Extra visits are arranged when a store fills early.

Do you supply waste transfer notes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Transfer notes are issued after every collection we accept. Hazardous streams also need consignment notes where the regulations require them.

Can you collect from any UK postcode?

Accepted Answer

Any UK postcode can be quoted. The office accepts or declines if a reliable collection day cannot be kept.
